The role
We are looking for a Campaign Manager to help deliver a high-profile national campaign focused on housing and temporary accommodation, while also helping to deliver our Development Forums as a core membership offering.
This exciting role combines campaign delivery, stakeholder engagement, membership growth and event management and sits within the Marketing team.
Key responsibilities
- Support the delivery of a national campaign, coordinating activity and working with the internal team and partners to ensure actions are completed on time and to a high standard
- Assist in growing the campaign network, helping to identify and engage potential members and partners
- Help organise and manage Cratus’ Development Forums, supporting membership growth, engagement and retention
- Work with colleagues to develop relevant and engaging content for the campaign and Forums
- Coordinate the delivery of events, including conferences, roundtables and networking opportunities
- Support event logistics such as speaker coordination, venue management, invitations and delegate communications
- Help manage timelines, systems and processes to ensure smooth delivery across multiple projects
- Support the preparation of briefing notes, presentations and other materials
- Work closely with internal teams, including Marketing to support communications and promotion
About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
- A strong project manager with experience delivering campaigns or programmes
- Confident working with senior stakeholders across politics, development or communications
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects
- An excellent communicator, both written and verbal
- Private sector or agency experience as desirable but not essential
Experience in the built environment or public affairs is desirable but not essential.

While we offer flexible working, the successful candidate will need to be available to travel to central London when required and may occasionally be asked to travel further afield to support business activity.
