Location: Hampshire / Berkshire / London / Hybrid
Salary: Competitive
Closing Date: 28/02/2026

About the role
We are looking for a highly organised, proactive and confident Membership Manager to lead the delivery and growth of Cratus’ expanding programme of Development Forums and associated events.
This is a pivotal, outward-facing role with responsibility for owning our Development Forums as a membership product – ensuring they deliver real value to members, support Cratus’ commercial objectives, and strengthen our relationships across the development, planning and public affairs sectors.
You will be responsible for growing, retaining and engaging a paying membership base, alongside managing a varied and high-quality programme of events across multiple regions. Working closely with senior colleagues, the Marketing team and external partners, you will ensure every Forum and event reflects the Cratus brand and delivers an exceptional member experience.
The role operates on a hybrid basis, with flexibility to work remotely, alongside regular attendance at events and meetings. The successful candidate will be expected to occasionally travel to central London and to event locations as required.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is equally comfortable managing detail as they are representing the organisation externally.
