For our third marginal seat briefing, we take a look at Watford.
For Labour to form a majority government, this is a seat that the party will need to take back. The Watford constituency will be subject to minor boundary changes to balance the eligible voting population. As a result, Watford’s electorate will decrease from 83,359 to just over 70,000, with some areas moving to South West Hertfordshire.
In this report, we review the issues facing the constituents, the candidate likely to win and the post-election future of the region.
If you would like to discuss this area further, or any other constituency, please contact Dan Humphreys.
