Brendon Walsh appointed as an Associate

Cratus has appointed Brendon Walsh as an Associate to help service its expanding work with Public and Private Sector Clients.

Brendon’s career was spent in the Private Sector in Telecommunications and IT, followed by a decade working at Senior level in the Training and Enterprise Council and Business Link movements. He then moved into the Public Sector, working in Local Government for 16 years. He served for a number of those years as the London Borough of Hounslow’s Executive Director for Planning, Property and Environment as well as Group Managing Director for their Trading Companies.

Walsh has a track record of enabling complex regeneration schemes such as Hounslow High Street Quarter, Ealing Town Centre, & Brentford River Front. He has also been pivotal in commissioning master plans to stimulate major investment into West London, most notably around Heathrow Airport, the A4 ‘Golden Mile’, and earlier in his career, at Park Royal and Wembley.

On behalf of Cratus, Chief Executive Nick Kilby commented: “Brendon is a great addition to our team and brings an impressive track record of taking major developments from concept to reality. He has successfully managed political complexity to unlock opportunity.”

Brendon Walsh added: “I’m really pleased to be signing on with Cratus, who I’ve known and respected as a business for many years. I feel very confident that I can add value to them and their clients moving forward.”
