Cratus London scores a hat-trick!

It’s been quite the fortnight for Cratus London.

As well as starting a range of new and exciting projects, Cratus London is celebrating three wins in three separate London Boroughs of varying political persuasions – from Merton and Wandsworth last week to Brent on Wednesday of this week.

In Labour-run Merton we helped First Base secure permission for their £70 million Wandle Terrace scheme which will deliver 129 new homes and commercial space for up to 240 new jobs. Just over the Borough boundary in Conservative run Wandsworth, we helped Frasers Property UK secure consent for Building 6B of their Riverside Quarter scheme, representing another £130 million investment in the Borough.

As if these successes weren’t enough, this week Cratus London secured a hat trick by with the permission, granted unanimously, for a pub, community space and residential units in the Queen’s Park part of the Labour-run Borough of Brent.

All of these schemes involved extensive local community engagement and delicate political interaction. Indeed, in Brent after a number of months of consultation the residents nearest to the site spoke in favour of the proposals at the planning committee itself.
