Paul Smith interviews Lara Oyedele a very well-known and inspirational figure in Housing, as the president of the Chartered Institute of Housing. Lara shares about her role in the Housing sector, and how as an avid campaigner and consultant on issues around equality and diversity, she  continues to champion diversity in the sector.
