Planning Success in Brent

Cratus successfully supported Inland Homes in having their planning application determined by the London Borough of Brent this week.

Having handled the community and political engagement, Cratus are pleased to see the 135 home scheme on the Grand Union Canal come forward, kick starting much needed regeneration in the Alperton Housing Zone.

Approved unanimously, Abbey Wharf attracted just five objections following a consultation process which saw over 2,000 leaflets and letters delivered, countless meetings with interested stakeholders and over 400 doors knocked on in the run up to committee.
