Rising Star

We are delighted to announce that Katy Bennett, Account Manager for the Cratus Communities Team, has been shortlisted for the Rising Star award at this year’s UK Agency Awards. 

Katy joined Cratus in December 2018 after gaining experience in law and marketing and has become a key member of our Communities Team. Katy’s role brings together her communication, marketing and engagement expertise to develop new communities within large-scale housing developments. She is trusted by her clients to provide a consistently excellent service, creating PR strategies which reflect their commercial goals and bolster their reputations.

Katy has managed key projects including the implementation of an effective community engagement strategy for Arborfield Green, a new 2000 home garden village developed by Crest Nicholson. This has helped the client to develop strong, long-lasting relationships with local residents and stakeholders and provided a legacy for years to come. Katy will also be working with Legal & General on their new scheme at Land North of Horsham in West Sussex, leading a full programme of communications and community engagement activity as construction works get underway.
