Success in Merton

Councillors in the London Borough of Merton have voted to approve plans brought forward by Medina Capital and Aitch Group to build a landmark residential building on the Burlington Road.

Having been involved from the beginning, Cratus provided a community and political engagement programme for the application. Throughout the process Cratus identified the key issues for local residents, how the issues were likely to impact the application and advised the application team on how to address them. Cratus were also able to identify and manage political risk given our knowledge of the borough and the decision makers involved.
