She works with major unitary authorities and district councils across the UK, advising on strategic communications, governance, process, and cultural transformation. With deep knowledge of political management, committee operations and team structures, she helps public bodies navigate complex challenges with confidence. She also serves as Finance Lead on the board of the Public Sector Challenge.

With a strong focus on internal communications and corporate culture, Charlotte supports organisations in understanding and making the most of their teams, fostering positive workplace environments and sustainable change. She helps leaders engage their people and bring them along on the journey, harnessing Cratus Group’s expertise in creating thoughtful corporate storytelling and strategic communications.

Charlotte also uses her deep understanding of the public sector to support private sector clients in the built environment, helping them refine their strategic focus and deliver high-impact internal and external communications. She has successfully led major campaigns, including the London Borough of Hounslow’s National Campaign and Summit for an Aviation Communities Fund—securing cross-party representation, running targeted social media, and placing comment pieces in the national media. She has campaigned alongside Communities that Work, to secure funding from the Treasury for a new form of employment support, delivered by Housing Associations.

Her expertise and impact were recognised by her colleagues and the industry alike when she won the PRCA Rising Star Award in 2020.

Charlotte brings not only expertise and strategic insight but also energy, creativity, and a sense of humour to everything she does.
