David works as an Account Manager in the Planning Team and has thrived when working on complex and engaging projects across the South East of England.
David is responsible for managing various accounts across Surrey, Sussex and Kent. During his time at Cratus, David has worked on many excellent planning applications, helping provide key advice on local politics and engagement strategies to some of the largest housebuilders in the UK. Alongside this, David has helped deliver new infrastructure including a new six form entry school on Green Belt land in Elmbridge and a new warehouse for one of the largest chainsaw manufacturers in Flood Zone 3 against officer’s recommendations in Surrey Heath.
Starting at Cratus over two years ago and progressing from an Account Executive to an Account Manager, David has formed a passion for local government that goes above and beyond working hours. He is very active in local politics across Surrey and has formed crucial relationships with key stakeholders in the former Conservative heartlands. It’s now only a matter of time before he bites the bullet and runs for an elected position.
