Over the years Helen has worked across the country, advising on public, private and third sector development projects and Joint Ventures. She joined Cratus during the complexities of Spring 2020. Helen has an extensive background in planning, starting her career in local government in 2004 as a planner with Bristol City Council, before moving into private practice delivering major projects and Environmental Impact Assessment for national planning consultancy, Turley, and international environmental consultancy, RSK Group. She subsequently developed a role delivering local and national business development, growing cross-sector partnerships.
Helen works on projects spanning the full spectrum of property sectors, with a particular interest in urban regeneration and the enablement of inclusive ‘social value’. Her sector experience has included retail and leisure, utilities, logistics, employment and healthcare projects, Nationally Significant Infrastructure Projects, and residential and mixed-use development – advising providers of market and affordable housing, student accommodation, Build to Rent, co-living.
