A former Labour councillor and campaigns organiser in the London Borough of Haringey, Joanna has worked in planning communications for over 7 years.

Prior to joining Cratus, Joanna worked at two agencies where her focus has been on creating and delivering best in class strategies for developers across London, from both the private and public sector. Joanna has worked on a range of projects from residential, hotel, estate regeneration PBSA, industrial, commercial and mixed use, working across Labour London councils for the most part, and has also worked on schemes in Bexley, Sutton and Guildford.

Joanna has a strategic understanding of politics and communities across London and has significant experience providing strategic advice and counsel on projects, ensuring high quality work is delivered for clients.

As a councillor in Haringey, Joanna was a member of the Planning Sub Committee and chaired the Alexandra Park and Palace Charitable Trust Board, overseeing the delivery of the HLF funded restoration works. Joanna also spent 25 years as a caseworker for London Labour MPs, and can manage difficult relationships and competing voices.
