Sami is an Account Manager in the Communities and Placemaking team at Cratus. His clients rely on his expertise in strategic advisory, corporate communications and stakeholder management to guide stakeholder approaches across a wide range of residential and commercial developments.

Sami is an experienced public affairs professional, with several years of experience serving as a strategic advisor to property and infrastructure developers bringing forward projects across the United Kingdom.

He has guided placemaking efforts across a number of large-scale residential developments in London and the South East, fostering trust and developing meaningful relationships, working to bridge divides and bring local communities into the decision-making process.

Prior to this, Sami served as a researcher in the House of Commons for a Government minister, and can also count on transatlantic political experience, having worked at the New York State Assembly in Albany for an Assembly Member.

Outside of work, Sami’s passions include investing, coding, Arabic, running and cycling.
