What Has The Environment Ever Done For Us?

12.11.21

This episode was filmed while the Cratus/Stantec teams were based in Glasgow attending COP26 and featured Professor Rosalind Cornforth, Director of the Walker Institute and a Professor of Climate and Development. The Institute is based at the University of Reading and works to address some of the fundamental questions currently facing development, encompassing social, economic, technological, and political strategies across all scales of society.

The team will be taking her reflections of COP26 and asking whether it really is meeting the objectives expected. We also welcomed Francesca Prestinoni to share the headlines from the event and focused our heroes on some of the less well known voices on the world stage.

Our next event will reflect on the outcomes of COP26 from a domestic perspective focusing on the way Local Authorities need to be part of the solution if we are to reach Net Zero
