With a passion for quality communications and community engagement, Harriet brings over a decade of experience to her work in the built environment. She has a proven track record of delivering successful projects, from planning consultations to media launches, and is a specialist in helping the public sector deliver.

Prior to joining Cratus Group, Harriet was a Director at LCA (formerly London Communications Agency), where she specialised in planning consultation and engagement for large-scale projects. Her portfolio at LCA included projects for five NHS Trusts in London, as well as complex estate renewal projects and council-led developments across London. Her clients included Hammersmith & Fulham, Lambeth, Westminster, and Newham councils, as well as numerous housing associations and developers.

Harriet’s experience also includes working for Westminster City Council, where she oversaw communications and community engagement on housing and regeneration projects, successfully securing planning permission for c. twenty projects. Prior to this, she was a Director at Blackstock PR, advising clients across the built environment, including providing strategic communications support around the Metropolitan Thames Valley merger.

Harriet started her career in politics, working for several Liberal Democrat MPs and later in the Party HQ, supporting election campaigns in 2015, 2017, and the EU Referendum in which she managed the Party’s #InTogether social media content, as well as leading delivery of Government funded democracy development projects in her role as Head of the International Office.

Harriet is passionate about delivering projects that benefit the community and is always eager to connect with new clients and collaborators.
