Imogen is a Senior Account Manager in the Communities team working on a variety of projects both pre- and post-consent.

Imogen spends time running Resident Working Groups, Community Liaison Groups, holding pop-up consultations with the community and writing feedback reports to keep clients and residents updated. She joined Cratus in 2021 and has a background in political communications and media monitoring.

Imogen enjoys working with her clients on overarching engagement strategies and getting out to meet community figures across her sites. She has a strong track record working on housing and town centre regeneration projects. Imogen is extremely organised and process driven, keeping projects running smoothly and constantly feeding back to clients, as well as keeping clear records of the projects’ progress.
