Jenny is an Account Manager in the Communities team, supporting Gemma, Chelsea and Imogen with the team’s projects to ensure the best possible service is delivered to our clients.
Jenny’s role involves assisting with the day-to-day project work, planning and hosting community events and helping to run the team’s social media accounts. Recent projects Jenny has been involved in include setting up a monthly café in a Community Centre which has allowed a wide range of people to build relationships and foster community spirit. She has also helped set up constituted events committees for new developments which have given residents the skills and guidance to continue to hold community events after Cratus has finished on the project.
Jenny joined Cratus as a Community Liaison Officer in January 2020 having studied Geography BA at the University of Southampton and travelling around South East Asia for three months. Throughout her time at University she was involved in numerous societies including the Geography Society, for which she served as the social secretary and organised many fundraising events. She has been able to bring her organisational skills to the community events side of Cratus, as well as using her knowledge of Human Geography and community engagement to expand Communities’ offering to clients.
