Julian Seymour

Chief Executive Officer
Julian is the Chief Executive of Cratus Group, working closely with the Planning, Communities, Public Affairs, Corporate Comms and Crisis teams to deliver an excellent service to our clients and the communities - corporate, media or local - where they work.

With a Planning Communications background, Julian takes a collaborative approach to his work and firmly believes that communications and consultation can benefit everyone if done correctly, closing the gap between politicians, developers and communities.

Having worked in the built environment sector since 2006, Julian has worked across the country to deliver strategic communications advice. He has worked for retailers and retail landlords, infrastructure and renewable energy generators, and most recently has been delivering strategic communications support around strategic housing allocations, estate regeneration, town centre development and planning applications.

Before joining Cratus, Julian briefly worked for an MP before going into the private sector, working for several consultancies as a property communications specialist.
