Throughout his time at Cratus, Osman has worked on planning projects covering a wide range of development including residential, retail, hotel and office schemes across London and the South East. He has worked with well-known house builders and developers including Countryside, Inland Homes, Michael Shwartz and Rockwell.
Osman has delivered local community consultation, strategic political engagement and site promotion into Local Plans. Using his extensive knowledge and experience of campaigning and political involvement, he understands that each project will have its own nuances which he can adapt to.
Before joining Cratus, Osman worked at the House of Commons for three years and is currently serving as a local councillor in the London Borough of Havering, giving him a firm understanding of national and local politics.
He was elected to council in 2010 and is the Cabinet Member for the Environment, however, has previously held the planning portfolio and served as a member of the planning committee. This has allowed him to develop a great breadth of knowledge which he applies to his work.
If you have an opportunity in London or across Essex, Osman would be pleased to speak with you.
