Sharon joined Cratus in 2021, bringing with her over 20 years' experience in finance, HR, administration and recruitment, as well as a track record of strong performance in high-volume, high pressure environments, Sharon skillfully manages to assist in many duties across the company.

Sharon is responsible for managing accounts payable, chasing debtors and assisting in day to day finance duties. In her role in HR, Sharon undertakes all aspects of HR, including recruitment, onboarding and policy creation.
