Cratus Group has taken a pavilion at the third annual UKREiiF event which takes place between 21-23 May 2024 in Leeds. The Cratus Group pavilion, sponsored by Kier, will act as a platform for political insights, interviews and panel discussions with key political leaders and opinion formers.

UKREiiF is expected to attract over 10,000 developers, investors, local authorities, and occupiers, who will be looking to build on commercially rewarding relationships

See below for a range of the sessions we will be running across the conference.

Please note that some sessions will be private events, invite-only or only for those with a conference pass if they are taking place within the secure zone (e.g. Cratus Group Pavilion). Furthermore, be aware that this is timetable is subject to change with more guests still to be announced.

Closing the funding gap: How can the next government deliver affordable homes at the scale needed?

Recent research from The Hyde Group found that three-quarters of MPs felt their party’s plans for the future provision of social and affordable housing are not as clear as they need them to be as we enter a general election year. The panellists explore how the UK can deliver affordable housing at scale, without the reliance on increased public subsidy.

Solving London’s housing crisis – how can London build the homes we need?

Housing for people living and working in London is becoming increasingly unaffordable.

This is having a negative impact on families, communities, the London economy and local authority budgets. There is widespread agreement that London should be building more new homes.

The panellists will identify barriers to building and suggest solutions to resolving London’s housing crisis.

The Housing Rally

Only with proper policy support can the housing system deliver the homes the country so badly needs. Local authorities, developers, housing associations and politicians come together on the final day of UKREiiF to demand action on housing.

Speakers will include key leaders and politicians.

Question time with your Metro Mayors

Join our “Question Time with the Metro Mayors” for the opportunity to ask questions to the newly elected Mayors.

This session will be chaired by Nick Kilby and Vanisha Solanki who will be joined by an array of Metro Mayors from across the country who will all be given the chance to discuss their vision for their regions, while answering questions from the audience in an interactive setting.
