Cratus is delighted to have been part of the team which secured resolution to grant consent at Havering’s Strategic Planning Committee last night.
After months of work by our client Caerus, the scheme was heard at Havering’s, first, virtual meeting of Havering’s Strategic Planning Committee. The scheme was debated amongst members for around 30 minutes before been approved unanimously.
Cratus supported Caerus with a programme which included engagement with senior politicians in Havering, as well as ward members and the public at local exhibitions. We also assisted with SPC engagement and produced briefing documents for two presentations to the SPC, these briefings highlighted the changes that had been made to the scheme and made the evolution of the proposals clear and concise.
The engagement process helped to understand and address issues which lead to the successful design and unanimous consent.
