Supported by Cratus, they have successfully secured national level recognition for employment support in the housing sector alongside growing their membership. They are now seen as the top thought leader in the sector and have been sought out by Number 10 for policy advice and discussions around employment support.

We have worked with them to secure national and trade press coverage alongside elevating the profile of both Communities that Work and their MD Lynsey Sweeney as the go-to spokesperson on employment support for the sector.

We are driving their latest national campaign ‘A Future that Works’ which is calling on the next Government to end employment poverty. This campaign is focused around positively influencing national policy for the next government which includes engagement with ministers and shadow ministers. The campaign also includes a social media campaign and driving some of the UKs top employers to sign up and support the campaign.
