Our client, a national, blue-chip business came to us for additional support with their communications after being notified that the regulator for their industry was going to release a critical report.
We worked with the client in the run up to the release of the report helping to write the strategy and advising on discussions with the regulator. When the report was released and the national media ran story we continued to hold meetings with the senior team and communications team twice a day to advise them and support their approach.
The story was a high profile one but thanks to the strategy and advice provided by Cratus the client was able to tell a positive story about the changes that had already been made and the improvements that were already bearing fruit. The client’s business retains the support of key partners and hasn’t suffered any medium term reputational damage. The chief executive has since recommended Cratus’ crisis comms to other companies in the sector.
